James Wax Obituary
April 15, 1933 - January 23, 2025
Jim was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Esther; and daughter, Marcy Wax Irwin.
He is survived by his son, Chaim (Rivka), daughter,: Karen Cain (Donald) and Julie Stein (David); 15 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Ted Pittelman; and many other relatives and friends.
The funeral will be held on Monday, January 27, 11 a.m., at Beth El Cemetery, 84th & L Streets. For those who are unable to attend the funeral in person, the service will be available via Live Stream: https://venue.streamspot.com/b28df29b.
Donations can be made to Beth El Synagogue's Seth Rich Memorial Camp Scholarship Fund or the Rose Blumkin Jewish Home.

Condolences to all the Wax family. I worked for Dr Wax for many years. I have many fond memories of him and his family. His patients loved him and often he treated more than one generation !

Jim was a fine man. Always was interested in his patients, partners and family. Hours spent at the J swimming and in the health club were enjoyable. He was a mensch in the finest meaning. The world was better as a place with Jim in it.May his memory be a blessing . Our sympathies to the family.
