Jean M. Forman passed away peacefully on October 4, 2025. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 63 years, Joseph J. Forman; parents, Frances and Frank Stehno; sister and brother-in-law, Joan and Don Bailey; Joe's parents, John and Anna Forman; brother-in-law, John Forman.
She is survived by her nieces and nephew, Jeannie Holmes (Escondido, CA), John (Donna) Bailey of Omaha, Judy (Chris) Stjernholm (Pueblo, CO), and Joanie Bark (San Diego, CA); great nieces and great nephews: Christine (Zach) Goodsell-Rylan, Brecken, Layken, Reagan; Kathy (Brad) Struck-Landon and Grayson; Ryan (Danik) Bailey; Stephen (Brittany) Bailey-Jersee, Levi, James, Myra; Michael Stjernholm (Laura Howe)-Freja; Matt Stjernholm; Katie Stjernholm (Ben Sturgulewski). Also survived by Joe's cousins: Judy and Skip Peszulik of Omaha, Jackie (Dick) Orr (New Mexico), and Chris Przystat (New Mexico).
VISITATION: Friday, October 24, 2025, from 5pm to 7pm at the West Center Chapel, followed by VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm. Entombment, Calvary Mausoleum.
