Joan Kay (Fairfield) Gogerty, age 80 of Omaha, passed away peacefully December 1, 2025, at Echo Hills Assisted Living in LaVista, NE.
Joan was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas J. Gogerty, parents; and brother, Allen.
She is survived by daughters, Dawn Merrick of Union and Ember Davis of Millard; son, Jeffrey (Karen) Gogerty of Plano, TX; grandsons, Christopher (Emily) Kelsey and Reed Gogerty; great-granddaughter, Eloise Kelsey; brother, John "Jack" (Jeannie) Fairfield of Farnam; two sisters-in-law, Joann Fairfield of Aurora and Sue (Gary) Howard of Centerville, UT, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
MEMORIAL SERVICE: 2 p.m., Friday, March 20th, at First Presbyterian Church in Plattsmouth. PRIVATE INTERMENT: Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Plattsmouth.
Memorials: First Presbyterian Church, Happy Paws, Peaceful Hearts Hospice.
