Preceded in death by parents, John J. and Tinnie Lee Butler; wife, Juanita F Butler, and son, Michael D. Butler; sisters, Evelyn Crossley and Genevieve Biggs; brothers, Willie and Eugene Butler. Survived by sons: John E., David A., Nathaniel J., and Anthony W. (Yolanda) Butler; daughter, Juanita F. (Jesse) Wilson; sister, Anna Mae Bates; 20 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives, family and friends.
WAKE: Friday, from 5-7pm, Church; FUNERAL SERVICE: Saturday, 10am, Pilgrim Baptist Church, 2501 Hamilton St. Interment: Forest Lawn Cemetery.
