Though I did not meet him I heard about his contribution and devotion to the department of cellular and integrative physiology where I am working now. So I wish his soul rest in peace.

Grandpa,
You lived life the way everyone should. You accomplished in one life time what would take others dozens. While doing this you were able to remain deeply devoted to your family and the love that you gave others and most importantly grandma was evident even when I was young.
You touched the lives of thousands, but most importantly you helped to raise four children who like you are role models. This cycle that you helped to start continues to pass on and will help thousands more. Because of this I have always looked up to you and try to live my life through the example that you have set both professionally and with family.
I will miss the time spent fishing, playing cards, and you stubbornly challenging us, but I consider myself fortunate to be one of the lucky few who can say that you are my grandpa. You will be missed and will always be loved.
I love you.
