We miss you cousin as much today as before you passed. We talk about all of your visits to Oceanside & we are having a mass said for you & Father Bert at the Mission San Luis Rey. Pray for us in welcoming Stephanie into our family. Have fun dancing the polka with all of the family.

I´m sitting here at Priest Lake, Idaho and my memories of Fr. Bud are rushing back, today of all days. Fr Bud has a special place here at the Lake and in my heart! I can still him riding our Red ATV here at the Lake with a smile that would make God Happy! Miss having you here, but you will alway have a place here! Buddy #2

Fr. Justin was also know as Fr Bud. He is my first cousin and I was name "Buddy" by my parents after Fr Bud. Over the years he was referred to as Buddy #1 and I was Buddy #2. Over the years he visit us in California and Idaho. During one visit to Idaho, he and Fr Bert Miller and I attended mass at our small church at Priest Lake, Idaho, St Blanches. The priest did not speak very clear English and want the two visiting Priests to be aware. We sat in the first row of the small church, not the normal location where I sit. After mass I advised Fr. Bud, that strangely and for the first time I heard and understand what the Priest had to say! Fr Bud in his "Priestly tone"responded "that will always happen when you sit in the front row"!.
God Bless Fr. Bud and I´m proud to be named after you and have named one of my grandson "Buddy #3"!
