Keith Hanson Obituary

Hanson, Keith Raymond LCDR USN

Passed away Sunday morning, July 1st, as a result of injuries received in a car accident. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Dorr Hanson; daughter, Hannah (8); parents, James and Mary Ann Hanson; and brothers, Jay, Kelly, and Ron. He was born January 25, 1973 in Fremont, NE, graduated from the US Naval Academy in 1995 where he met and married Jennifer Dorr on November 9, 1996. He received his Masters Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology in 2007 and graduated from the Navy Test Pilot School in 2008. The family currently resides in Frisco, TX.
A VISITATION will be held at Hardesty Funeral Home, 851 Annapolis Rd., Gambrills, MD, 6-8pm on Friday, July 6. A FUNERAL MASS WILL be held at St John Neumann Catholic Church, 620 N. Bestgate Rd., Annapolis at 10:30am Saturday morning, July 7. He will be laid to rest with BURIAL SERVICE at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donation in Keith Hanson Memory to the March of Dimes, Southern Maryland Division, Suite 425, 2120 Washington Blvd., Arlington, VA 22204 or www.marchofdimes.com.
