Born Kitty Harriet Warner in Keosauqua, IA. Preceded in death by her husband, Walter Frederick Schliffke. Survived by her sons, Warner Schliffke, and Thomas Schliffke (Connie); daughters, Carol Van Ackeren (Rick), and Jeanne Carbonara (Lenny); 12 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.
The family will Receive friends Monday 5-7pm at the West Center Chapel. SERVICES on Tuesday at 10am at West Center Chapel. Interment in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Memorials to: Susan G. Komen for the Cure; or the Nebraska Lung Association. HEAFEY-HEAFEY-HOFFMANN
