Age 71. Preceded in death by parents; and sister, Lolly Bednar. Survived by loving wife and best friend, Carol Scott; children, Cindy DellaValle, Donna Freeman, Scott Bednar, Randy Scott, Sherry Scott, Shelly Briskey, and Jon Scott; sisters, Ruthie Garland, and Linda Nigro; brother, Bob Bednar; 17 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

I knew Larry when he was just a teenager and he was a dear friend. I remember his '49 or '50 black, lowered Mercury and he personified the kid of the 60's. He will be missed. Our prayers will be with him and his family in th ecoming years.

To the family, Please remember that as hard as this is, he is truly at peace. There is no greater place than Heaven, although you will miss him dearly. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
