LeMara Eicke Obituary
June 14, 1935 - December 8, 2024
LeMara passed peacefully in slumber at the age of 89 on December 8, 2024, in Blair, Nebraska in the loving care and kindness of everyone at Good Shepherd Lutheran Community. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry A. Eicke; parents, George and Verna Misfeldt; stepmother, Marjorie (Dahl-Steinert) Misfeldt; brother, Daryl Misfeldt; grandsons, Scott Eicke and Kevin Eicke. LeMara is survived by her children: Edward of Washington, NE, Lynn and Lisa Eicke of Herman, NE, Paula and Steve Schuman of North Las Vegas, NV, and Mae and Mike Farrar of Grand Prairie, TX; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; stepsister, Marcia (Cliff) Smith of Hays, KS, along with many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
VISITATION: 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Reichmuth Funeral Home. FUNERAL SERVICE: 11 a.m. Friday, December 13, 2024, at Reichmuth Funeral Home. INTERMENT: Prairie View Cemetery.

LeMara was one of my Knudsen cousins; Uncle George and Auntie Vern´s daughter, She knew everything about the history of my family. She gave me such a sense of belonging.
