Lolita Norrgard, age 89, passed away in Blair, NE on June 14, 2023. She was born April 12, 1934 to Stanley and Cecilia (Passen) Rouch in Belleville, IL.
Lolita lived in Omaha the majority of her life, until moving to Blair last year. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by spouse, Roy Norrgard; son, Richard Norrgard; and sister, Carol Jean. Lolita is survived by her children, Sherryl (Gary) Hall, Dennis (Cyndi) Norrgard, Carla Kiser, and Leon (Rhonda) Norrgard; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
MEMORIAL SERVICE: 10:30am Saturday, June 17th, at Good Shepherd Funeral Home - 90th St. Chapel.
