Omaha, formerly of Tecumseh, NE. Born to Charles and Lillian Mae (Church) Montgomery in Sabetha, KS. Survived by son, Bob Dillaplain and wife Pauline, Osmond, NE; daughter, Beth Vogel, Omaha; 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; brothers, Ed Montgomery and wife Leota, Don Montgomery and wife Nancy of Sabetha, KS; sister, Dorothy Smith of Indianapolis, IN. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Melvin Dillaplain.
FUNERAL SERVICE Saturday 2pm at First Presbyterian Church in Tecumseh, Rev. Tim McClain officiating. VISITATION Friday 9am-8pm Wherry Mortuary in Tecumseh, NE and one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials to family's choice. Interment Tecumseh Cemetery, Tecumseh, NE. No one had a kinder spirit than Margie. She brightened every single life she touched! I looked for her several times a day at Heritage Pointe to make my day better ... even a smile across the room always did the trick!

Beth,
I didn't want to bother you at the funeral, but I wanted you to know that your mother was "one of a kind". We all are blessed to have had her in our lives. I hope you enjoy the love and happiness that she had. God bless.

I always enjoyed talking to Margie when she'd come in and visit.
Randy & I enjoyed her baking, she made the best rhubarb pie.
