Marta kindness, thoughtfulness, listener and her informed communicative ability will be just a few memories, I will truly cherish forever. Our paths crossed many times during my working years; it always began with a hug. I must celebrate her life, from afar. Go be with God, Marta.

The world lost a good one. Marta was a strong advocate for justice. She worked tirelessly to help develop young girls, and promoted their value.
The last event that Marta and I attended was the Ben Nelson Gala in October 2024. What a hoot. Marta knew almost all attendees. She worked the room like the butterfly she was. Marta was so respected and well liked. If you walked into a political event with Marta, it was like walking with a movie star.
Marta, I will miss our time together and the many political talks we shared. We were always on the same page. I truly enjoyed the comraderie we shared. Sweet, sweet, Marta, I hope you knew that you were loved.

I still find it difficult to believe she is no longer with us, but I know she looks down upon us with much love and hope, that we will honor her by continuing to do the work she believed was so important. We love you, Marta!

I knew Marta through the Sarpy County Democrats. She was kind and sweet and was very passionate about being involved and getting others involved to create a better world for us all. Blessings to her family- may all the good memories be etched on your hearts.
