Marvin Short Obituary

SHORT-Marvin, age 69 of Auburn, passed away at his home Saturday, February 10, 2007. He was born January 7, 1938 in Omaha. Survivors include his wife, Glorya, Auburn; daughters, Kyla Johnson, Phoenix, AZ, Cheryl Merriman, Des Moines, IA; step-daughters, Leslie O'Connor, El Dorado Hills, CA, Lori Ferkovich, Roseville, CA, Denise DeMello, Spokane, WA; granddaughter, Michaela Merriman; sister-in-law, Ruth and husband, Don McCollough, Mission, TX; brother, Earl and wife, Sandy Taulborg, Lincoln; mother-in-law, Wauneta Hutton, Auburn; other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be Wednesday, February 14, 11 AM at the First Presbyterian Church, Auburn. The body was cremated, and No Visitation is planned. Memorials, in lieu of flowers, suggested to family choice. Hemmingsen Funeral Home of Auburn is in charge of arrangements. Hemmingsen Funeral Home

I AM SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT MARV.ALTHOUGH I HAVE NOT SEEN HIM FOR YEARS,WE DID GO TO HIGH SCHOOL TOGETHER AT NORTH AND I THOUGHT VERY HIGHLY OF HIM. MY WIFE MARION (DAUGHERTY) ALSO KNEW HIM IN HIGH SCHOOL. WE BOTH SEND TO HIS FAMILY OUR CONDOLENCES.
