Butch Gregg will always be in my heart & mind as 'The Singing Gunny' ! And what great songs he sang in the MISSO when I was there...always enjoyed being included in the cigar sharing smoke along...He was a Marine, a gentleman & an honorable man who I consider a friend. He is missed & loved by many. RIPWOL

One of a kind for sure! Loved working in MISSO with ' the singing Gunny'. Always brought a smile to my face..like one of my kids as so many others in MISSO were...watching them grow and become successful in the USMC. We had fun but we worked hard to be sure all Marines were paid and families never went without! That was our mission. Don't think I ever saw Butch unhappy or down..& if you were, by Job, he'd do something to snap you out. A leader...a husband. A father, a friend & one hellava MARINE! He will be missed but never forgotten. Debbie and John Clark
