VIGIL SERVICE: Monday, November 11, 2024, 7 p.m., at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 20500 West Maple Rd., Elkhorn, NE, with VISITATION from 5 to 7 p.m. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Tuesday, November 12, 2024, 10:30 a.m., at St. Patrick Catholic Church. INTERMENT and GRAVESIDE SERVICE: Tuesday, November 12, 2024, 2 p.m, at Calvary Cemetery, 7710 West Center Rd.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Joseph Catholic Parish in Springfield, NE, Mount Michael Abbey and Benedictine School, Creighton Preparatory School, and St. Patrick Catholic Church, Elkhorn.

Mmy dad,Bob Washtak, n Mike were good friends. At my dad's funeral 16 years ago next week, Mike was there. A memory they both shared was how they were driving a truck with a manger scene in the back n the baby Jesus fell out. I think it was Dr Mike who yelled stop! Jesus fell out. To them this was a laughable great memory. I guess you had to be there but both men were good friends. I hope Mike n Bob are sharing more good times together inside those pearly gates!

Mike was my favorite dentist for many years. He was friendly and engaged with his patients. Not many people say they like going to the dentist, but I always have. He taught his son well. My sincere sympathies to the family.
