Omaha. Passed away peacefully, at the Josie Harper Hospice House. Michael is survived by son Michael (Ann) K. Waynar, and his daughter, Cheri (Larry) Mundt; five grandchildren, Katie, Ben, Maria, Tony, and Kristy (Nick) Bauer; brothers, George, Don, and sister-in- law, May; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Michael was preceded in death by wives, Janice J. Waynar and Mary Waynar. Michael served in the US Navy and was awarded the American Area Ribbon and the WW II Victory Ribbon. He owned and managed an appliance store in Waterville, Ohio, for several years. In 1962, he took a position as plant manager for ESB in Allentown, Pennsylvania. In 1967, he was transferred to the same position in Omaha, Nebraska, where he remained until his retirement at which time he started a successful courier business which he sold in 2000. Michael enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
MEMORIAL SERVICE Friday 11am at the Kahler-Dolce Mortuary. Pastor Jan Peterson will be officiating. Memorial can be given to the American Cancer Society. KAHLER DOLCE

Kim & Cheri and the whole family, I hope your memories of your father from the recent Sunday breakfasts to all the adventures from your childhood will help carry your through the days to come. Things will be difficult, but know that he loved you both as well as your extended families. May you find comfort in knowing he is no longer in pain.
