I've been thinking about Nikki a lot lately and found this on the internet. I hadn't realized she had passed. I lived with her in college and truly loved her. She was such a beautiful soul and I'm sad to see this news this so many years later. My thoughts and prayers are with her and her family.

This world was a better place with Nicloe in it. She made Scheels a fun place to work. She alway saw the best in everyone and in every situation. She made me laugh. Her Friendship was one I cherished. She loved her family with everything she had in her. Her face would just gleam when she spoke of you all. I know Nicoles life was short, but she touched everyone she came in contact with. I am a better person for knowing her. I will miss her, but I still can her her laughter and know she is here with us. In this time of sorrow know Nicole will not be forgotten as she left a piece of herself with everyone she came in contact with. My deepest sympathy and sadness go out to all.

Nicole was a great Peer Educator and contributed to the overall group with her insight, passion for justice and HIV/AIDS prevention activities. May your memories of Nicole help you through this difficult time.
