Preceded in death by parents, Jane and Frank Moran; sister, Sr. Colleen Moran, O.P. Patty is survived and will be lovingly remembered by her beloved twin sister, Mary Porter (Scott) of Omaha; daughters, Molly Cavanaugh (Peter Coffey) of Chicago, IL and Anne Cavanaugh (Stephen Pflaum) of Omaha; grandchildren, Declan and Mara Coffey and Conroy Pflaum; brothers, Michael Moran (Nancy) and Kevin Moran (Bobbie) of Omaha; niece, Amy Parkinson (Michael) of Granite City, IL; nephew, Joshua Livingston (Sarah); niece, Carissa Stevens (Travis) of Omaha; extended Cavanaugh and Moran families; and all of her cherished friends.
VISITATION: Monday, June 27th, from 5pm to 7pm at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 6116 Dodge St., followed by VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Tuesday, June 28th, at 10:30am, St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church. Interment, Resurrection Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to: Josie Harper Hospice House www.Hospicehouseomaha.org and Dominican Sisters of Sinsinawa www.sinsinawa.org.

Having know the Moran twins since grade schoolmates have very fond memories of both. However, since Pat was one of the 8 girls with some form of Patricia in their name in the class of1969I have especially fond memories of Pat because often when a teacher would just call on a Patty for an answer Patty Moran would answer allowing the rest of to breath a sigh of relief. I am not saying Patty Moran was always right but she was always a woman who had a voice. Pat Philbin

Molly and Anne - I was so saddened when I heard of Pat's passing. I worked with your mom for many years and I adored her. I always enjoyed seeing her smiling face in the hallway and having the best conversations. She was one of a kind and will be missed terribly. My condolences to you and your entire family. You will be in my prayers.

I am so sorry to hear of the death of Patty. Her twin sister, Patty and I were born on the same day and year at St. Joseph Hospital. We connected many years later while I was living in Memphis. Such a fun and loving friend. She is missed.
