Preceded in death by parents, Randall and Maryetta Culbertson and daughter Wendy Coenen. Survived by loving wife of 56 years, Janet; son Mark; daughters, Vicki (Craig) Brown and Sheri Anderson; son-in-law Scott Coenen; 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; brothers, Ray, Ron and Jon Christensen; sister Linda Cox. Proud member of IBEW #22 since 1956.
VISITATION Thursday noon to 8pm with family receiving friends from 6-8pm at the funeral home. FUNERAL Friday 11am at Westside Church, 15050 W. Dodge Rd. Interment Kennard Cemetery. Family will direct memorials to Westside Church or Open Door Mission. Condolences to www.reichmuthfuneralhomes.com

I regret being unable to attend Tom's services and wish to convey my most incere condolences to his family & friends.
Although Tom and I were North High School classmates, demands of military service, jobs, girls, opportunities, etc. gradually caused us to drift apart for over 50 years.
Our 2005 50th year High School reunion directory provided the opportunity to update those old relationships.
Of particular interest to me was Tom's membership in the EBEW. One of my closest friends from childhood Robert (‘Tiny') Gray, also a long-time member, as well as a '55 graduate, passed away several years ago.
I recall Tom as spirited, loyal, and dependable; with a great sense of humor.
I trust Tom is not gone to us forever…We will meet again!
