Dick was an awesome husband to my mom and an awesome provider to our family. He was taken too soon and will be missed greatly.

I would like to express my deepest sympathy to Dick's wife and family. I worked with him for many years at the Corps and he was one of the nicest people I have worked with. You are all in the thoughts and prayers of those who worked with him here.
