I work at the Hospital where Richard received treatment. I got to know him over the weeks as he came and went for his various appointments.
I am saddened by his passing and I wanted you to know that it was a pleasure getting to know Richard. He had a good sense of humor and was always very kind.
For Christmas he brought me chocolate covered cherries.
He was a bright spot in my day.
