Survived by sisters Roseanne Harrington, Deland, FL, and Shannette Matlock, Cordova, TN; daughters Roberta Vermillion, Des Moines, IA, and Beverly Christensen, Mustang, OK; son Joseph, Littleton, CO; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by wife of 50 years, Noma Gene Butterfield Hudson; brother Jack; infant daughter Margaret Ann. Graduate of Omaha Technical High School. Served in Army Air Forces and U.S. Air Force during WWII and Korean War. Employed by Markel auto dealerships from 1956 to 2007. Longtime choir member and elder at Mt. View Presbyterian Church.

To the Hudson Family. I worked with Bob at markels for 16 years he was always a caring and very interesting man. Have lost touch with him since i moved away but had heard of his passing from friends in Omaha so just wanted to pass on my Prays and thoughts.
