I worked with Rod for almost 21 yrs. I also Bought a system from him while he worked at the old 132nd and Center location, in 1982. I remember many things about Rod as do most that came in contact with him.from the pranks he pulled to selling the newest items from the vendor before we even had it in stock forcing our buyer to order them on his word that he had it sold. And he always would sell it . His knowledge of music was second to none and he (like mentioned )would always enjoy talking football.... well Rod now you can sit with football elite.Coach Devaney and others and second guess the calls on Sat.... RIP Rod And we will all meet again .... Jerry

I will always remember Rod's kind smile and genuine interest when asking how you were doing. One of the last times I remember seeing him, he was with his son at the Friday night races at the Mid America Center. What a neat Dad! We are very sorry to hear of your loss. Kathy and her family. I wish I could be there for you. We both are at this point again where we have to work at putting one foot in front of the other to keep moving forward. I will keep making my steps for Ashley if you keep making your steps for yourself and family. We will make it we have before. So heads up Kathy. Love you

I always knew Rod was a great salesman, but when he took me fishing back in 98 I saw how great of a friend he could be. Rod could always be counted on for his affirmations, permanent smile, and his famous "Rod Nod" we Stereo West Alum grew so fond of. I bet Rod already has gear in St.Peters ride.

To the entire Hash family. Our deepest sympathy goes out from the Huff family. Noel,Deborah,Tyler,Ethan,Emily and Mitchell. I worked with Rod for over 15 years and we had some great times. I have always thought of him as a good friend. I will miss talking to him about Nebraska football and music most of all. I will also miss getting his silly emails all the time. I will never forget all the great times at work and the last time I talked with him. He was one of the greatest salesmen who loved what he did with a passion. May God bless his family in this time of sorrow.

Sorry to hear about your loss. Rod was one of the main reasons I got into car audio back in 96, and it turned into a huge passion of mine. No matter what the problem was, he was available for questioning, or would take a look at your problem. Always a great guy to call and ask questions to because he would always give it to you straight, no monkey business. His knowledge of the industry and character will be missed tremendously. See ya upstairs Rod, we'll start on the ultimate SQ+ Project someday :)
