Preceded in death by husband, Fred Bruning; sister, Louise Ferraro; brothers: Al, Sam and Joe Cascio. Survived by son, Phil Bruning (Ginna); daughter, Cindy Bruning Murante; grandchildren: Brian Bruning (Stephanie), Jennifer Bruning (Tom Bilyeu), Allison Bruning, Mia Bracht (Tim), John Murante (Melissa), Philip Murante; great-grandchildren: Max Bruning, Molly Bruning, Lura Bracht, Cecilia Bracht, Paul Bracht; sisters, Tina McDaniel and Frances Wysneski; sister-in-law, Ellen McCaig; nieces and nephews.
VISITATION begins Tuesday, 6:30pm at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, 11802 Pacific, followed by VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm at the church. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Wednesday, 10am, St. Robert Bellarmine Church. Entombment, Resurrection Mausoleum. Memorials to St. Robert Bellarmine Church or Alzheimer's Association. In my earlier years I bartended for Big Fred's or whom I call my Uncle Fred and Aunt Rose. Their success was contributed by the people that walked through their doors and the lives they touched along the way. It was personal to them. To me, Big Fred's is "family." To the friends and family I worked with and to the one's we refer to as "cuz." Fred was a mentor to me and Rose reminded me so much of my grandma "Chi Chi." There will never be no one quite like them. You are together again. Love you both, God Bless...

Cindy, Phil and family, I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. Mrs. B was my second mom growing up and both Mr. and Mrs. B welcomed me into their home for so many years. The Friday night drive in's, the the trips to CA for USC football and all the card games that we played are memories I will carry forever. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten!
