Preceded in death by parents, Samuel and Theresa Procopio. Survived by wife, Angela Ann (Monaco) Procopio; children and spouses, Michelle and Mark Delisi, Michael and Phyllis Procopio, Annette and Brian Thomas, Lisa Finocchiaro, Paula and Mike Zabawa, Carla Procopio; sister and brother-in-law, Celianne and Matteo LaRosa; mother-in-law, Mary Monaco; 16 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and another precious one on the way.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, 5-7pm at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, with VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Wednesday, 10am, St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorials will be directed by the family. HEAFEY-HEAFEY-HOFFMANN

Miss Angie, Paula and Emily (and entire Procopio family)...I am so sorry to hear of Sam's passing. Such a wonderful man, I have very fond memories of many dance recitals and Sam as Santa Claus at our classroom dance parties. I pray that God will help you and yours through this difficult time.

My sympathy and prayers to Angie and family. I can remember the pleasant disposition that Sam always had. I remember all of SAMs singing at Santa Lucia and the dance recitals. We shared many memories of the way our parents instilled honesty and honor in our lives. Sam has left a lot of good memories for his family and friends that will be with us the rest of our lives.

We grew up with your family & had dance class at your house on 15th & Dorcas, Sam would always come over for insurance & have coffee with my parents, his beautiful voice will always be remembered for singing "Santa Lucia"....all of these memories will be forever in our hearts and his legacy will live on forever through your family & in your hearts.

Wonderful Procopoio family,
I have fond memories of all of you way back to Christ the King days. I always remember Sam singing "Tiny bubbles in the wine." He now drinks the fullness of God's great love and care.

I know just what this family is going through. My mother passed away suddenly on August 22nd. Speaking at her funeral was the hardest thing I have ever done. My prayers are with the family.
