Born in Omaha, NE. Passed away in Los Gatos, CA. One of the first women in the U.S.A. with both a Medical and Law Degree. Survived by her son, Eric Koscove; daughter, Kristine Koscove; and granddaughters, Alexandra and Alana Koscove.

My heartfelt condolences go out to Eric and Kristine. I met Sarah Kaiman in Berkeley, in the Sixties, when Kristine was a close friend. Dr. Kaiman impressed me with her deep support for Kristine.

Dear Eric and all the Kaiman family,
Condolences from the Antal family.
Were it not for Sarah Kaiman M.D. I would not be alive today. Her fast and innovative action during an extremely difficult birth saved both my mother's and my own life. Sarah remained our family doctor many years in Denver and she delivered my youngest brother as well.
Finding her years later to thank her and become friends during her last years is a great blessing. Sarah was ahead of her time and faced challenging circumstances with strength of character and courage. She would say, "I was the FIRST person to touch you!" Your touch will never be forgotten, Sarah!

I regret I never had the pleasure to meet Ms Kaiman, however, what a precious and wonderful person she seemed to be, and without a doubt, so very talented.
It is a loss always, to lose someone who has still so much to give to humanity as she obviously did.
May her family have some comfort to remember how much she did for humanity, and allow her now to look down from Heaven, to watch over the loved ones she left behind.
May she now rest in peace.
