January 29, 1952 - May 20, 2024
Preceded in death by parents, George and Eunice Grunberg.
Survived by wife, Linda; children, Julie Gall (Chris) and Jay Froscheiser (Angelia); grandchildren, Ashley, Tyler, Noah and Anna; great-grandchildren, Keyley and Kayden; brother, Greg; sister, Judy Stewart (Terry); uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and many loving friends.
Family will receive friends Friday, May 24th, from 5 to 7 p.m., at West Center Chapel. FUNERAL: Saturday, May 25th, 11 a.m., at West Center Chapel with a reception to follow. Family suggests monitory donations to Scouting BSA or The Red Cross, alternatively Steve's wish is for people to do a good deed for a stranger in his name.

Steve has been an active bicycling supporter in his membership in the Omaha Pedalers and on the staff of the Bicycle Ride Across Nebraska. Quick with a smile and a helping hand, he will be missed greatly.

I knew Steve and his family through Sunday school. His mom and dad were my teachers. They gave me a baby parakeet. They were such kind people. I have never forgotten them.
