November 11, 1939 - February 7, 2022
Omaha - Survived by wife of 58 years, Carla; children, John, Jean, Jeff (Jackie); above average grandchildren, Logan, Sydney and Kaia. Tom will be lovingly missed by many, many friends.
VISITATION: Saturday, Feb. 12, 2022, 9am, at Church; FUNERAL SERVICE: 10am, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 2207 Wirt St., Omaha. Masks are required for the service. Please, no flowers, memorials to Cues Schools. Services will be live streamed on YouTube search Sacred Heart Omaha.

Dr Tom Imray was intelligent, hardworking and dedicated to Medicine, teaching and Family. Tom chaired the Nebraska Radiology Department and strongly supported his residents and faculty. In early years, Tom, Carla and I worked and traveled together in representing Radiology in organized medicine. Tom touched the lives of many. The fruit of Dr Imray's hard work and his many accomplishments will live on.

We were really sad to hear about Tom´s passing and send our sympathy to Carla and family. We have missed you in Maui but have lots of happy memories of our times together. Remember your determination to get Jim to enjoy Japanese food. Well, you succeeded, and we are going to Sansei tonight and will bring you with us in spirit.

Dr. Imray was one of the first people I met when interviewing for residency at UNMC. When he spoke, I always listened, whether he was talking about radiology or life, in general. Above all things, I loved listening to his unabashed admiration for his wife and his family. Unknowingly, he reshaped how I saw the world and I am extremely grateful. My deepest condolences go out to his family and those who held him close.
