Met Bill in 1985 right after I moved from Illinois to Bellevue NE after high-school graduation. He was my first friend I made at a time when I was pretty alone. Bill was already pretty tatted up and bigger and tougher than just about anybody I knew. He was funnier than hell, and very intelligent. Seems like he always had a book at work....Game Gallery at the Bellevue mall. Needless to say, he kept things in order at that place. lol. We played alot of pool. I often wondered about my old friend and today I did a Google search, only to discover that he was killed about 12 years ago. It's unfortunate that we never spoke again after I moved away after 5 years in the Omaha area. He was a magnificent individual, that only became a friend to you if you were genuine. He influenced me positively at a time in my life when I was impressionable, eager, and ornery. I write this in tribute to a great person who was as finicky as a big cat. I'm glad we had some time together as young men. Sorry for the belated condolences.

Willy-
I am sad to know we won't see you again in this life, but can not wait to see you in our next life together. You will never know how thankful I am for the piece of work you did for me! I will always remember you for that and be able to carry you (and my Dad) along with me. My work now represents two amazing men. Everyday I will think of you, as you gave me the perfect reminder to never be afraid, things do get better, and live with no regrets. You were such a beautiful and amazing friend to those who were lucky enough to have you in their life. I hope you know how many lives you have touched through your gorgeous talent. I pray that you are at peace and watching over your family and friends.
