Survived by daughters Debi Churchich, Mary Kment (Bob), and Linda Prokupek.
Visitation Thursday, October 16th after 4:30 p.m. with Vigil Service 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, October 17th, 10:30 a.m. at Holy Ghost Catholic Church. Interment Graceland Park Cemetery. Please see the funeral home website for more information.
