i was shocked to hear that dale had left. I will truly miss his personality and honesty. What an amazing man he was! Full of life and love for his son, Ewan. Every time I saw Dale he would tell me everything that Ewan was doing and while he was telling me how Ewan is now discovering and getting into things, there was a glow In his eyes. I'm gonna miss you Dale!

It sounds like such a hackneyed cliche, but to know Dale was to love him. From the moment I met him, we were thrown together in the pressure-cooker environment of a retail store, where everything is always a crisis. But nor matter what, every single time I saw him we were able to laugh about something that was going on. He had that special brand of charm and warmth that drew people to him, and made everyone want to be his friend. RIP Dale. You left us far too soon, and you will be sorely missed.

Am I the only one still in shock? Dale was such a joy to work with. He made work fun as it should be. He used to tease me about my hair and call me power puff girl :) His family as everyone knows was everything to him and my heart goes out to you all. Dale, you will be missed.

Although I only worked w/ Dale a little less than a year, he made an unforgettable impression. He always has
something positive to say, and
always would make me laugh.
He would just boast about his
son and the daily activites
about raising a newborn. I
absolutely loved working w/
Dale he was a true highlight at Banana. I am blessed to have had the opportunity to have met him. I was deeply saddened when I heard the news, he will be missed.

Dale was one of those guys that didn't care if they were cool but that just made him seem cooler. The lessons he taught through his compassion and sarcasm were greatly appreciated. He definitely had a noble and old school air about him. i will do my best to emulate his example but there is no replacing such a great man. thank you dale my sympathy and respect goes out to your family

My sincerest condolences to Amy, Ewan and Dale's family. I know Dale loved you all so much. I worked side by side with Dale for two years, and his family was always something he talked about with happiness and pride. I can remember how excited he was to be a father for the first time. He had a glow about him that got brighter everyday. He was a well respected colleague and leader to many. He shared his strength, wisdom, and sincere care and thoughts to all. He was a great friend to me during my time with him. I will dearly miss his humor and his spirit. You are all in my prayers.

There are no words to assuage the anguish felt at such a loss of a young life but keep in mind the good times and Dale will always be closer than you think. The Lord only takes the best. There was so much love for Dale that I am not sure he truly understood. He will be missed, not only for his truth and kindness, but for his unexpected sarcasm, laughter and wit that made so many love him.

I will miss him deeply and cherish every moment we had.
