David C. Fiore

1954 - 2021

ROME-David C. Fiore at the age of 66 of Rome, N.Y. died unexpectedly at his home on February 25, 2021. He was born on March 25, 1954 the son of the late Alexander and Barbara Gleason Fiore. He graduated from Albany Collage of Pharmacy in 1977 and owned and operated with his father Alex, the Prescription Center Pharmacy in Rome, N.Y. until his retirement. Along with his love of travel he enjoyed, music, driving his Porsche in the summer and flying his own Cessna Skyhawk aircraft. David made his solo flight on his 16th birthday, and obtained his private pilot’s license.He is survived by his sister Cathleen Zalewski of Oneida, N.Y. and special nieces and nephews. David is predeceased by his parents and a sister Nancy who passed in 1962.A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 7, 2021 at I:00 pm at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Oneida, N.Y.
