Homer Ball Funeral Home, Inc., 201 James Street, Canastota. Funeral services, 2 pm at the funeral home. Private burial, Whitelaw Cemetery. A luncheon will be held in his honor following the funeral at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 227 Loucks Street, Oneida.
