CANASTOTA - John F. Vaccaro, Jr., 77, of Forbes Road, passed away Tuesday morning, February 15, 2022 at his residence with his family by his side. John was born in Canastota to the late John F. and Florence Vaccaro, Sr.John married Bonnie Bethea in Syracuse in 1989. He loved to entertain and spend time with his family and friends. John enjoyed cooking, golfing and his garden.John is survived by his wife Bonnie; son, John and (Jackie) Vaccaro III and their children, Felicia, Joseph, and Julia; daughter, Valerie Vaccaro and her children Bianca and Paris; son, Michael and (Beth) Munson and their child Zachary; son, Brandon and (Erica) Munson and their children Natalia, Dillon and Braelyn; sister, Marie and (Leonard) DeStefano; brother, Ronald J. and (Patricia) Vaccaro; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and a sister, Dolores M. Vaccaro.Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM, Saturday, February 19, 2022, at St. Agatha’s Church, where the Funeral Mass will be celebrated by the Reverend Christopher Ballard, Pastor. At the request of the family, there will be no prior calling hours.Arrangements are under the direction of the Campbell-Dean Funeral Home, Inc., 300 South Peterboro Street, Canastota.
