Joseph F. "Joe" Dugan

EARLVILLE: Joseph F. "Joe" Dugan, 72, of Preston St., passed away on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at the Abraham House in Rome. He was born on January 22, 1951, in Utica, a son of the late Francis and Reba (Morey) Dugan.Joe worked for New York State at various mental healthcare institutions in Central New York for over 27 years. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, sailing, and of course, his canine companions, most recently, Lester, his 5-month old Bernese Mountain Dog .He is survived by his sister; Deanna Mary Jenkins, of Manchester, CA., a nephew; Aaron Jenkins and his son Sean, of Novato, CA., many cousins, and many close friends, especially Margo Thompson of Saratoga Springs and Mike Putman of Oneida, caregivers; Jacquie Babcock, Emma Needham, and Adi Balanean.
