A celebration of Ruby's life will be held on Friday, April 11, 2014
2:00 P.M. at Allen & Dahl Funeral Chapel, Palo Cedro, CA
Ruby Pearl Tillery was born on March 26, 1915, and went home to be with the Lord on April 2, 2014, at the age of 99.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She and her husband, Arnold, moved to California in 1936 where he managed orange packing plants and Ruby worked packing oranges.
In 1989, Ruby moved from Corning to Redding, CA.
She enjoyed Bible Studies, traveling with friends, camping and fishing with family and gardening.
Rather than flowers, you may honor Ruby with a contribution to The Good News Rescue Mission, Redding, CA.
Ruby will be greatly missed by her children: LaVonne Floyd (Lyle), Peggy Grisham (Bill), David Tillery (Roberta) and John Tillery (Sandie); 9 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Arnold Tillery, her son, Bonard Tillery, and her great-granddaughter, Gianna.

WE are sorry to hear about Ruby, she was a great lady and will be missed by all who knew her ,she was on a lot of our trips with the seniors from North Valley Baptist Church.
