Ayden Fields Obituary
Parker was preceded in death by a sister, Tiana Kay Azevedo; paternal grandfather, Jerry Thomas Fields; paternal grandmother, Debbie Kinman; and maternal grandfathers Willie Kidwell and Donald Azevedo.
Survivors in addition to his parents include brother, Chase Fields; sister, Kayla Egli; maternal grandparents, Bruce and Pam Azevedo; paternal great-grandmother, Opal Fields; maternal great-grandmothers, Nancy Azevedo and Francis Barber; aunts, Jennifer Fields McCarty, Linda McDaniel, Katrina Azevedo Corman, Miranda Azevedo and Jennifer Gidney Azevedo; uncles, Thomas McDaniel, Adam Hayes, Neil Azevedo, and Ryan Azevedo; and a number of cousins.
Parker touched many lives in his short life and will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
A graveside service will be held 3 p.m. Monday, December 6th, at Antioch United Methodist Church, with Rev Morris Sapp officiating. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Sunday, December 5th, at Bernstein.
Parker's family would like to thank all of the doctors and nurses who cared for him in the NICU at Athens Regional Medical Center and Medical College of Georgia.
