Jake Cook

Jake Cook, 48, of Statham, Georgia, a former Statham City Council Member, died at St. Frances Hospital in Columbus, Georgia, on Saturday, August 19, 2000. The family will receive friends on Monday, August 21, 2000, 7-9 p.m., at Smith Funeral Home, 755 Atlanta Highway SE, Winder, Georgia. Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, August 22, at 2 p.m., officiated by the Rev. Jim Carpenter, the Rev. Jimmy Cook, and the Rev. Alan Reynolds. Burial will be at Smith Memory Chapel.
