Mary Deeley Obituary
Mary was born on January 21, 1916, in the Town of Mitchell, daughter of John and Marie (Uelman) Bowser. She was a 1933 graduate of Plymouth High School and attended Sheboygan County Teacher College. On September 4, 1939, she married Francis "Hutz" Deeley in Sheboygan Falls. Francis passed away on May 10, 1992.
Mary was a member of Blessed Trinity Parish in Sheboygan Falls. She was active with Christian Mothers. Mary enjoyed quilting, cooking, bridge, travel, gardening, collecting spoons, and reading.
Mary is survived by her four daughters, Mary Kunert of Plymouth, Nora (Leif) Salvesen of Plano, TX, Dolores (Kenneth) Thuemmler of Sheboygan, and Eileen (Fred) Michels of Sheboygan; her three sons, Jeffrey (Kathleen) Deeley of Hilbert, George (Betsy) Deeley of North Carolina, and Randy (Donna) Deeley of Sheboygan Falls; 17 grandchildren; 6 step-grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 9 step-great-grandchildren; 7 step-great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Kathleen Finger of Sheboygan; and one brother, Patrick (Joan) Bowser of Van Dyne.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Francis, two sons, Timothy and Matthew Deeley, son-in-law, Ernest R. Kunert, one grandson, Stuart Johnston; one grandaughter, Courtney Deeley; three brothers, Noel (Lois), George (Annabelle), and Roman (Mary Ann) Bowser, and two brothers-in-law, Leo Ayers and Robert Finger.
A Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate Mary's life will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, July 27, 2015, at Blessed Trinity Parish in Sheboygan Falls with Rev. Michael Shea officiating. Burial will take place at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery in Sheboygan Falls.
Relatives and friends may greet the family on Monday from 9:00 am until the time of the Mass at 11:00 am at the church.
A memorial fund has been established in Mary's name for Blessed Trinity Parish and Sarnelli House in Thailand.
