I just wanted the Tiller family to know I am thinking of you at this time of sorrow for your loss but also your happiness to know Robbie is now with her Lord.

I have such fond memories of the times we had as children playing, your family and my family growing up together at Mars Hill Baptist Church and those lazy Sunday afternoons we would meet at Barbers Creek for fun on the Creek Swing and horse back races in the pasture. Also, all the youth activities we enjoyed together as we grew in knowledge of Jesus Christ through that participation of Church Youth activities.

When we first came to Mars Hill, Pastor Nash was Pastor, then later Pastor Healan. Those years are such fond memories for me and my family.

Though I moved out of state in 1978... my childhood memories of you, your family and our family's friendships were always a fond memory and those bonds are not forgotten. Till we all meet again.... together with our Lord in Heaven...

Dearest Tiller Family,
Robbie was a Beautiful person on the inside and outside. Her Faith was always very dear to her heart, it was my pleasure to have grown up with her and the family at Mars Hill Baptist Church. She was always so giving of her time in the nursery, I will always be thankful for her tender loving care, of my son Carter as he was an infant on the Sundays she kept him as I sang in the church choir. He couldn't have been in a better set of hands in that nursery. Her smile radiated everyone she met and shined with joy to all she came in contact with. Cody I know you are beginning a new chapter of your life, school is quickly approaching, you meant the absolute world to your Mom. When things get tough or you need anything please know it is okay to reach out, because many are going to make sure your okay. We have watched you grow up from a baby and you are such a kind young man. Your Mom has joined the Angels and there will be no more tears or pain for her. Praise God that we will all be joined together again, Heaven is such a Beautiful place.

Death, be not proud

Death, be not proud, though some have called thee
Mighty and dreadful, for thou art not so;
For those whom thou think'st thou dost overthrow
Die not, poor Death, nor yet canst thou kill me.
From rest and sleep, which but thy pictures be,
Much pleasure; then from thee much more must flow,
And soonest our best men with thee do go,
Rest of their bones, and soul's delivery.
Thou art slave to fate, chance, kings, and desperate men,
And dost with poison, war, and sickness dwell,
And poppy or charms can make us sleep as well
And better than thy stroke; why swell'st thou then?
One short sleep past, we wake eternally
And death shall be no more; Death, thou shalt die.

I'm sorry to hear of the passing of a great woman of God. Robbie was a great lady and she will be truly missed. I have many great memories of Robbie over the years. I remember the first time I walked throught the doors of Mars Hill church, in August of 1972, and Robbie being so nice and welcoming me. We grew up at Mars Hill and graduated together. My greatest memory of Robbie was the day I accepted Jesus as my Savior and when I walked out of my pew that day Robbie was there to walk with me down the isle to greet Pastor Healen. Robbie also became such a great friend to my mother Gaynelle Mize. After hearing about may mother illness with alzheimer's she would always continue to come by and speak to mom at church even when mom didn't know her name. I will always remember her for being such a wonderful and loving person to my mother during her illness. I know when Robbie reached heaven that day my mother was there to welcoming her into her heavenly home. I thank God today for allowing my family to be touched by such a great person. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
