Latta, Christopher, 51, was born Nov. 14, 1959 in Attleboro, MA and passed away March 14, 2011. Chris graduated Bishop Feehan High School in Attleboro, MA in 1978. He attended Bridgewater State College, MA and in 1981 he moved to Southern California where he continued his education at California State University Long Beach. He and Kathy were married in 1988. Chris' career in Orange County Commercial Real Estate spanned over 20 years which included 18 years with Lee & Associates. Christopher is survived by his wife, Kathy; daughter, Jennifer; son, Craig; mother, Evelyn; sisters, Sharon O'Brien, Elizabeth Bonin; brothers, Robert and Rusty (Walter Jr.). He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Visitation will be Sunday, March 20, 2011, 2:00-4:00 pm and funeral services will be Monday, March 21, 2011 at 12:00 pm. Both services will be held at Fairhaven Memorial Park & Mortuary, 1702 Fairhaven Ave., Santa Ana, CA.

Chris had the biggest heart I knew. When I first started in the Title business, he made sure to get me past the Guard (Receptionist) and he walked me and introduced me to all the guys in the office. Even though he was busy, he always made time to help me out. He was selfless, fun, driven, and the kind of guy you always wanted to be around. I will always remember Chris and I am so sad that he left this Earth so early.
