Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you.

Sometimes there are no words to describe Sara, because all anyone can do is smile. Really BIG smiles.

I have had the privilege of sharing many years of time spent with Sara. She came into my class in middle school, and touched all of us immediately. Linda Stone and Norma Corish were lucky enough to work with her as well. She brought such joy to the classroom, and all of the students benefitted tremendously from her presence.

Sara was a hard worker. She approached every task as an opportunity instead of a job. Joy was always a part of everything. As all of you know, Sara loved everyone. Her spirit carried through to family, friends, and strangers. She enabled everyone she met to be touched by her positive spirit, no matter what she was faced with.

I can honestly say I don't know anyone as fearless as Sara. She lived every moment of her life to the fullest. She has always been willing to try anything put in front of her. Who else do you know would go skydiving twice? That's just one example! There are thousands.

As for friends, Sara made so many friends throughout her life. I have been approached by people I know, who ran into her and Bob in the grocery store, Starbucks, or at her worksite, and Sara made a huge impact on them within a few moments of meeting. They couldn't wait to share their meeting her with me.

As I said in the beginning, there really aren't adequate words to describe Sara, other than ANGEL. She has been a gift to all of us, and will always be a huge part of our hearts. Sometimes memories fade, but not with Sara. This ANGEL will be with us forever.

The "Smith girls" have many fun and heartwarming memories of the times spent with Sara. She was a part of our lives for along time. What I will miss the most about Sara is her saying "I love you" to everyone...I'll try to remember to do it myself. We loved Sara, and her absence is one more reason we look forward to eternity.
