Bill´s parents Warren and Millie were dear friends of my parents Dave and Dorothy Taylor. I had some business dealings with Bill when I was with Liberty Cable TV back in the 80s and always thought he was just a lovely, lovely man. So sorry the the extended Hale family´s loss. Jane Taylor

So many great memories with Bill, especially with the RV club - like the day he asked me to climb in the window of his rig to unlock it. Always such a positive guy he never had a doubt I could do it. Love you, George and Mary

I will always remember Bill with a ready smile and story about something from one of his and Judy's many travel adventures. We shared a love of dogs, pictured here with Harley. He was a dear Clark College Penguin friend that I was fortunate to know.
