Dear Mrs. Savage, Heidi, Lauren and Karen,
I spent the night with Heidi and was up early. Dr. Savage and I went out to see the orchids. We discussed the flowers and how tender they were. I grow orchids today and remember that brief moment fondly. Little acts of kindness make big impacts on another's life.

My heart will always hold a special place for Uncle Alvin. I was overjoyed to have been able to spend many hours with him recently. His light will most assuredly shine forever.

Alvin was a mentor to me. I would go to his office to observe him work, and learn from the master.
I learned about dentistry and lessons in life from my friend, Alvin.

Dear Mrs. Savage, and girls. Please accept my love and sympathy on the loss of Dr.Savage. Tom and I were out of town and I just found out this afternoon.
It was a privilege for me to have worked in his office as a young girl. My very first job in the summer of 1961. He was one of the finest dentists in Orlando and definitely the most handsome.
He is now in the loving arms of our God free from pain. Love Cairn (Riffe) Ustler

To my Aunt Sister, and dear cousins Lauren, Karen and Heidi...Leslie, Lori, and I are so deeply saddened by your loss. It was Uncle Alvin who taught me to fish, drink, and swear (at age 12), and always reminded me "to keep my (fish) hooks sharp". Our love goes out to you, and we will see you next week. David & Leslie Lefkowitz.
