You will always be my "Benny Ha-Ha." You touched the lives of many people and were truly loved by everyone. You will always be "my boy" and I will miss you very much, but know that you are in a safe place and that you are now on "my side." Know that your family loves you and misses you.

It has been over three years since I have spoken or even heard about Ben until about 10 minutes ago. I enjoyed fooling around with him in science class and convincing him that school would become alot more fun after 8th grade. Its sad to lose such a kind hearted young man and I will be praying for his family.

Talk about a very bright, funny, and down to earth youngman; those are just a few characteristics I will remember about you Ben! Ben you were always a respectful, kind and loyal friend to me. I will never forget your handsome smile and cheerful laugh that would always brighten up my day when i was around you. My heart cries of the thought of me not able to see you, give you hug, or just to hear your voice. But I will see you again maybe not here on earth but defintely in my memories! I will miss you Benny!!!!!!

Ben was definitely one of the nicest and funniest guys i'll ever have had the priviledge of knowing. When i first got to Gotha in 6th grade, I just remember him coming up to me and talking to me because I looked lost. And he was always that way, there when someone needed him. I never did get to make it to the beach with him like we had planned, but i'll always remember the times we did have. Im praying for the McIntosh family and am here for anything. I love you Ben!

Ben, you were the first to accept me into Troop 6 me being only 10 and you were 13. You told me that your dad was a cool guy and that I would do fine. I was scared because this was my first campout with the "older guys". Then Summer Camp came and I could remember my mom telling you and your brother Garrett to get down from the tree and to get to your merit badge classes. Also, I will never forget about the iguana that you took from the Ecology Lodge because they were mistreating it and that it was in a small contained area...Or the night that you and some of the other guys stayed up all night with me because of the extreme pain in my ears from the double ear infection that I had and made me laugh so hard that at times I forgot about the pain. The things that you would do just to make us laugh will forever live in me. I believe that making people laugh was what you enjoyed the most.People come into our lives and some leave and some stay, but the ones that stay are the ones that leave a mark in this life that affects us all. Your sense of humor and kindness will forever live on in all the persons that you knew. I guess it is what my mom said to me when I asked her why people have to die...she told me that we are on loan from God. I will miss you Ben !

Ben –

“Need a ride home?” I’ll never forget your reluctance to take a ride. Now I’ll never forget giving you a ride. I’m gonna miss seeing you around. Heck, I missed seeing you around before. I’ll still give Michael the “You Guys, Stay out of Trouble” speech (he’ll really miss ya). Thanx Ben for being one of my favorite guys around & a good friend to my brother. You had a place in my heart and you always will. What a Sweetheart, That'll be missed so much.

Ben will always be remebered in the hearts of all his peers by his great smile and beautiful peircing blue eyes. Growing up with Ben since 3rd grade at Frangus it was known that he was a great person, and had a great heart for everyone around him. You will be dearly missed in our hearts Ben. May my heart be with his family and close friends. May your sweet soul live on in the memories of the loved ones around you who you've touched.

Ben you were one of the first guys that accepted me into the troop. You always were the first to joke around at all the campouts to ease the tension from being away from home. I will never forget the time when you and your brother took the iguana from the ecology lodge at summer camp because of them mistreating it and having it in a small contained area. Also, the time where you climbed the tree and my mom had to beg you to come down and go to your merit badge classes. And you always stood up for us regardless of the concequences (like your dad). I will always remember your jokes and your "Good deeds". May you rest in peace buddy. Mike

Ben, you will be missed by all whose lives you touched. Your sense of humor always made us laugh even when we were down and out. The year was 2000 and it was at Boy Scout Summer Camp that I first handedly learned of that sense of humor of yours. Then there was the kind side that I saw in you when you and some of the other boys stayed up all night with Michael because of his double ear infection and you of course made him laugh even though he was in pain. Thank you Ben I am so glad that you crossed my path in life and that I was able to be a part of it.
