Mr Provancha:
I do not know how or if you will see this note but I had the awesome experience of working with Mrs Provancha as my principal at Corner Lake Middle School. She was a remarkable person. During my 2 years I gave birth to a daughter and lost her 16 weeks later. She was there as a boss and a shoulder to lean on. Her understanding and warmth was second to none. She was a tremendous person. My thoughts are with you and I am so sorry for your loss.

To all of Beth's family my deepest sympathy. Beth's beloved father and my father both served in the U. S. Army together. I knew Beth and her sisters as children when we were all in Germany and then in Florida together. Please extend our deepest sympathy to everyone and please tell Toni my thoughts are with her in this very difficult time. My maiden name is Threasea Epps and my parents were Sam & Winnie Epps.

Beth was an outstanding educational leader who will be sorely missed by all. I had the opportunity to work with her as a middle school principal during a five year period. She set a high standard for all middle school principals and demonstrated a love for students. Beth displayed a cutting edge mentality with the middle school concept during the implementation years with OCPS. My condolences are with Mr. Provancha and the family during this time of loss.
Sincerely,
Hugh E. Hattabaugh,

I knew Beth from working at OCPS. I didn't work with or for her but had occasional interaction with her. She always was so pleasant and she always had a smile. I will miss her smiling face.

Beth - what an awesome visionary! what a privelege to work for and with you as an educator. You always made us strive to achieve more - more than we could imagine. thank you for the positive influence you have been in my life. I will always cherish the trips we made and the fun we had, both at school and out of school.
Terry - My heart and prayers are with you today and always. your 'honey' was a gem that will be missed by all, least of all you. the days ahead will be tough for you, but know that we are all here for you. May god be with you in this time of extreme need. All my best wishes,

To the family of Beth Ann Provancha:
I had the chance to have Ms Provancha as a principla while I attended Glenridge MIddle School from 89-92. She was one of those principal that made you feel proud of the school that you were attending. Her dedication to her students was quite evident in the way she interacted with them. I was very sadden to hear of her passing and I know that she will be truly missed. Take comfort i nthe fact that she went home to be with the lord!

For the last three years, Beth served not only as a mentor, but as a friend. We would different leadership styles, both from the educational and business world, and see how they fit into the different school settings. SHe always had a great stories to tell and always had time to see how things were going, regardless of her schedule. My heart go out to her family on this sudden and tragic loss.
