Uncle Chuck was one of the finest men I have ever known . It was a huge treat in Eden, NC when he and any of his brothers came for a visit. He was a great brother to my Mother, Evelyn. There was always lots of smiles, laughter, talk and demos of golf, and caring. Condolences from all the Weltons to his wonderful family members.
