DeVEAUX, REV. DAVID TIMOTHY, The Reverend David Timothy DeVeaux, 30, Deland, FL, died on Thursday, May 2, 2002. Born in Bad Krusnach, Germany, he moved to Deland in 2000 from Baltimore, MD. He was the Pastor of Bethel A.M.E. Church, Deland. He was a member of the Orlando, FL Annual Conference of the African Methodist Episcopal Church. He is survived by his wife, LaTina; children, Daleah Simone, Maya Madison, and William Samir DeVeaux, all of Deland; parents, Bishop William P. DeVeaux, Presiding Bishop of the 16th Episcopal District, of the A.M.E. Church, Dr. Patricia Ann DeVeaux, both of Baltimore, MD; sisters, Robin Morton, PA, Dana G. Harris, MD, Dawn P. DeVeaux, TN; brothers, William, Jr., MD, Paul, L.A., CA. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 5, 2002 from 5-9PM at the Arthur J. Mack Funeral Home, 797 S. Stone Street, Deland. A Memorial service will be held on Monday, May 6, 2002 at 1PM at Bethel A.M.E. Church, Deland, FL. Funeral Services for Rev. DeVeaux will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2002 at Metropolitan A.M.E.
