I really liked Ed. He really made a positive impression on me during our time we shared. We both talked about our daughters and how similar they are. His views on business personalities and technology situations were always entertaining. I will keep his memory in front of me this weekend this weekend as I commune with nature and my fellow musicians and share the good fortune of his spirit, maybe in the simple joy of listening to a song.
Ed always said life is too short to let small minded people make you feel little. He taught me the importance of revering professionalism and experience over personal gain. He really enjoyed life and purely helping others often times just giving people an opportunity or a chance, asking nothing in return. His really neat habit was simply taking younger IT professionals like myself out to lunch with himself and other important business people just for the fun of learning.
Ed was extremely supportive of IT professional students at local universities and I had the pleasure of working with him at local Orlando university level IT education functions with my student chapter of AITP that he helped to organize. We attended tradeshows and educational seminars together. He always brought great value and sincere comradery with colleagues and his company CCM that he was so proud to represent.

Ed Wyland was my father and I always loved him unconditionally. I will never forget all of the memories I have had of him, especially the humorous expressions and funny things he would do to make me laugh as a child.Iloved him more than anyone could imagine and I am in extreme dispair in the illness he had . My heart will never recover from the loss of my father.I had a wonderful childhood with him.I loved going fishing with him.I enjoyed the road trips visiting relatives.I also will never forget his pale blue eyes.In away I see him everyday because Ishare alot of facial features and you can tell I am his child and I am very proud of that fact. sincerely,Miss Yvette Michele Wyland

I had the distinct pleasure of making Ed's acquaintance while working with him at CC&M. His unique perspective and insight were learned through many years of observng and understanding people. I am sorry that this man will no longer be in our physical universe to question "why?". I am certain the next step beyond will enjoy his repartee. God speed, Ed.
